Products sold by Lighting Pro Plus are warranted by their original manufacturers to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service. Lighting Pro Plus does not provide a separate warranty and does not guarantee any product beyond the terms of the applicable manufacturer’s warranty.
Most products currently sold by Lighting Pro Plus carry a manufacturer’s warranty of five (5) years from the original purchase date; however, warranty terms and duration vary by manufacturer and product and are subject to change. The manufacturer’s published warranty for the specific product controls in all cases.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim
In the event a product proves to be defective within the manufacturer’s warranty period, the original purchaser must submit a warranty claim to Lighting Pro Plus within 30 days of discovery of the defect. Claims may be submitted by one of the following methods, and we will assist in processing the claim with the manufacturer:
Mail:
Lighting Pro Plus
7095 South Ballpark Drive
STE 320
Franklin, WI 53132
Phone:
833-730-3259
Email:
support@lightingproplus.com
At that time, proof of original purchase must be furnished with either a sales receipt or original invoice to proceed. A completed Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must then be received from Lighting Pro Plus before any product is shipped back for warranty evaluation.
Lighting Pro Plus may request additional information to evaluate a warranty claim, including photos, videos, installation site details, or other documentation.
Evaluation & Remedies
Returned products will be inspected. If inspection determines that the product failed due to its components or construction, the warranty claim will be approved and a remedy provided at no charge.
Approved claims will be remedied in the most suitable manner — typically a like replacement fixture. Where appropriate, the remedy may instead be a replacement component, a comparable alternative fixture (if the original fixture is unavailable), or a refund of the purchase price (if neither the original nor an acceptable alternative fixture is available, or if the customer prefers not to accept one). No extension of the original warranty period will be made for repaired or replaced units.
If the reported failure cannot be re-created, or the failure is determined not to be related to the product’s components or construction, the warranty claim will be rejected. The customer may request the rejected product be shipped back at their expense within 7 days of the rejection notice.
Warranty claims are inspected and decided within 14 days of our receipt of the returned product, and approved remedies — replacement shipment or refund — are initiated within 7 days of the decision, no more than 21 days in total from the day we receive the product.
What Is Covered
Lighting Pro Plus will pay the shipping costs associated with warranty claims, including return of the product for evaluation and shipment of any approved remedy. Warranty coverage otherwise applies to the product only — original order shipping charges are not refundable, and labor, installation, removal, equipment (such as lifts), or other associated costs are not covered.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lighting Pro Plus makes no warranties of its own, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Lighting Pro Plus’s liability shall be limited to the amount paid to Lighting Pro Plus for the defective product. In no event shall consequential, indirect, incidental, or any other kind of damages be covered.
